How To Prepare Keema Egg Curry?


Today I am going to tell you about one of the recipes that stands among one of the favourite recipes of many people and that is keema egg curry recipe. I saw many people suggesting various ways to prepare it but I am trying to make  keema egg curry recipe in an easy way and you just follow my steps properly to cook this delicious dish. It will take 10 minutes for preparation and 25 minutes for cooking. 


Keema egg curry is an excellent side dish for parathas and rotis and that is the reason why so many people love to have it as their only option while having parathas or rotis as their meal.

Preparation Time - 10 minutes 
      
Cooking Time - 25 minutes         


  •     Ingredients –    
              
  •     Eggs: - 4, hard-boiled, peeled and shredded

  •     Onion: -  1, fine paste

  •     Ginger-garlic paste: -  1tbsp

  •     Tomato: -    1, fine paste

  •     Turmeric powder: -  1/2tsp

  •     Red chilli powder: - 1tsp

  •     Garam masala powder: - 1/2tsp. ( One small cinnamon stick, cloves & cardamom)  
                        
  •     Green chillies: -  1to 2 slit

  •     Oil: -   2tbsp

  •     Salt: -  to taste



   Egg Curry Recipe Preparation Method:


  •  Add oil in a heavy-bottomed pan then give heat for little time until it will become hot after that add cinnamon stick, green cardamom, and whole cloves. Please stir for 30 seconds.
  • Add onion paste and cook on medium-low heat for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add Ginger-garlic paste, tomato paste, and mix.
  • Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt. Fry, adding a little water until the oil floats on top.
  • Then add the shredded hard-boiled eggs, a little water and mix well. Cover the pan and cook for about 5 minutes.
  •  Remove cover and then add garam masala and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with Chapathi or Plain Paratha or Plain Rice.
