We all know that good food is very important to our body. I'm not talking about any medicine or supplement. If we can bring some changes to our food, then our body will be much better. The best you can do is by fixing the time of your meal.  Let me give you an idea of how you can choose your dishes.

Use as little oil as you can in your diet. Practice eating boiled food. Add lots of vegetables to your diet. Do not forget to eat fruits everyday. After eating some foods you should eat fruit. Be sure to eat several animal proteins, such as milk, egg, chicken, fish etc.

Eating different types of nuts will increase your body's immunity. Eating soybeans will supply good amount of protein in your body. If you supply more vitamins to your body then your immune system will continue to be stronger. We should give more effort to add vitamin C.

Mineral is very much needed to boost your immune system and you will get it from coconut water so be sure to eat coconut water regularly if possible. Add to this list Lactic acid which is much important to digest food, so eat yogurt to make your digest system stronger.

First of all, quit smoking and/or drinking. We all know it is not quite easy to quit smoking and drinking, but then it is in our hand so we have to try. Sooner it happens better for our health. Do not eat outside foods frequently instead try to have homemade food as much possible.

Please stop eating junk food also quit biting the nails with your teeth as soon as possible. Do not touch your eyes or mouth frequently with hands. Wash your hands thoroughly for 10 times a day with good soap or hand sanitizer. Take a bath once minimum per day. Use clean cloths and wash well before using them. Try to sleep for 6-8 hours minimum every day and it will be much helpful for your body.
