Ingredients For Masala Prawns Fry:-

  • Prawns
  • Ginger & Garlic
  • Red Chilli paste
  • Turmeric powder
  • Garam masala
  • Chat masala
  • Cumin powder
  • Rock salt
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaf
  • Sliced onions
  • Black paper
  • Lemon




At first Clean prawns. Rinse them thoroughly.

Marinate the prawns with ginger and garlic paste, red chilli paste, turmeric, garam masala, and set aside for 1 hour.




Pour oil into a hot pan then heat oil in a pan and add sliced onions. Fry onions on medium heat. When onions turn pink add slit chillies and curry leaves and fry for 2 – 3 minutes.

Now add marinated prawns, and fry. Saute on medium to high heat for around 1 minute.

When you see the prawns turn golden brown then flip them on the other side.

Then mix the spice powders and fry around 4 -5 minutes, till the masala coats. sprinkles some chaat masala.

Finally, add chopped coriander and squeezed lemon juice, and mix it well
